The contract includes the project management as well as all the necessary architectural and engineering services up to the turnkey transfer.

The project is about the modernization of turn of the century buildings in the inhabited state. RBA have offered general planning services. The planning and construction phases are planned by 2019
Ronski + Burke were commissioned as general planners for the attic conversion in an apartment house on the Prenzlauer Allee in Berlin. The residential areas vary between 45m² and 170m². The apartments in the front house will each have roof terraces – with a view of the water tower in Rykestrasse and the television tower at Alexanderplatz. Elevators are also provided.
An investor group from Singapore has commissioned RB architects and engineers to convert a 460 m² commercial unit. The property, a multi-family house from the 80s, is located in the green Lankwitz. The first plans provide for a family-friendly layout in 3-room apartments. Start of construction is scheduled for spring 2017.
