After 1.5 years of construction: Completion of converted attic roofs in Prenzlauer Allee. On about 500 m², 6 new apartments, terraces and balconies with views over the rooftops of Berlin have been created.
New contract for the construction of a new branch in Berlin. An existing building requires conversion. A well-known, German commercial vehicle manufacturer wants to build another trade port in the capital.
RBA is responsible from planning, building permit to hand over and has the taken the relevant experts (structural, fire protection and mechanical & electrical engineers) on board.
Mixed use buildings in Berlin Wedding and Berlin Neukölln, which are partly residential and with operational facilities of the BVG. They are to be renovated and re-structured. The budget is ca. 2.6 million euros. The buildings from 1929 and 1938 are partially under monument protection. RBA is responsible for building / construction and M&E and commissioned as general planner.

Berlin is renovating its schools. Since 2012, around 1.1 billion euros have been spent on this. In the next few years, the refurbishment and construction of new school buildings will be a priority. A primary school with 4 buildings in the district of Lichterfelde is to be modernised. RBA was asked for a fee proposal by the district office Steglitz-Zehlendorf of Berlin for a survey and cost calculation of the remediation costs.
RBA was requested as an architect for a potential court yard development. The project is supposed to be a new built residential building on two sites. The housing project is to be erected behind the front houses in Berlin-Wedding. The project is planned as a timber construction. RBA have offered services from planning, building permit to site supervision and acceptance.
