Completion and Grand Opening of Live-Work Space “Creon” in Kreuzberg

Ronski + Burke Architects is pleased to announce the completion of the 7,000sqm Co-Working/Living Space Creon located in Kreuzberg near Victoria Park. Commissioned by DWI to plan and supervise the project development, Ronski + Burke celebrated on Thursday, June 22nd the grand opening of the versatile space ideal for art and cultural events. Highlights in the space include a walk-out basement with entrance to a garden and interactive lighting installation in the hallway.

Ronski+Burke have been commissioned by a Swiss family office as a planner to carry out and supervise the conversion of the vacant attic into new apartments. The contract includes all the necessary architectural services up to the turnkey transfer. Best place to live and overview: The attic is located right in the middle of vibrant Berlin Prenzlauer Berg, close to the Kollwitzplatz with its buzzing atmosphere.

Ronski + Burke commissioned to supervise the revitalization of an empty approx. 6000 m² 1970s nursing home

Ronski+Burke have been commissioned by a German project developer (commercial property) as architects to supervise the conversion of the approx. 6,000m² vacant former nursing home from the 1971s to a new use. Areas for working, art and culture are planned. The contract includes all necessary architectural services from the building permit to the turnkey handover. The 70s building on a hillside has particularly impressive room formations in the basements. The location next to a Kreuzberg park is a prime location.

6 new roof apartments completed

After 1.5 years of construction: Completion of  converted attic roofs  in Prenzlauer Allee. On about 500 m², 6 new apartments, terraces and balconies with views over the rooftops of Berlin have been created.
