General Planner for Refurbishment of a Residential Building

Ronski+Burke has been commissioned as a general planner to oversee the refurbishment of a turn of century residential building in Berlin-Charlottenburg. The scope of the project will include the conversion of the vacant attic into new apartments, refurbishment of existing apartments, staircases, installation of an elevator system, updating flooring, and a redesign of the façade. The contract includes project management as well as all the necessary architectural and engineering services up to the turnkey transfer.

New refurbishment contract for local transport system (BVG)

Mixed use buildings in Berlin Wedding and Berlin Neukölln, which are partly residential and with operational facilities of the BVG. They are to be renovated and re-structured. The budget is ca. 2.6 million euros. The buildings from 1929 and 1938 are partially under monument protection. RBA is responsible for building / construction and M&E and commissioned as general planner.
