6 new roof apartments completed

New contract for the construction of a new branch in Berlin. An existing building requires conversion. A well-known, German commercial vehicle manufacturer wants to build another trade port in the capital.
RBA is responsible from planning, building permit to hand over and has the taken the relevant experts (structural, fire protection and mechanical & electrical engineers) on board.
RBA was requested as an architect for a potential court yard development. The project is supposed to be a new built residential building on two sites. The housing project is to be erected behind the front houses in Berlin-Wedding. The project is planned as a timber construction. RBA have offered services from planning, building permit to site supervision and acceptance.
RBA is commissioned with a feasibility study to develop a 5,000 m² plot of land in an industrial area in Berlin-Mariendorf. A business group intends to move into its own new building for office, call center and catering use. The future building will integrate approximately 500 workplaces.
An owner’s community in Berlin-Weissensee (2 built buildings + 1 listed building) has commissioned RBA with the planning to hand over, to remove extensive deficiencies to the buildings. The damage volume is several hundred thousend euros and result from building problems during the years of construction.
