After 1.5 years of construction: Completion of converted attic roofs in Prenzlauer Allee. On about 500 m², 6 new apartments, terraces and balconies with views over the rooftops of Berlin have been created.

Mixed use buildings in Berlin Wedding and Berlin Neukölln, which are partly residential and with operational facilities of the BVG. They are to be renovated and re-structured. The budget is ca. 2.6 million euros. The buildings from 1929 and 1938 are partially under monument protection. RBA is responsible for building / construction and M&E and commissioned as general planner.

RBA were asked for a fee proposal as a general planner for a residential project in Berlin – Mitte. An Israeli investor requires a full refurbishment with attic conversion and installation of elevators. The Wilhelminian period buildings are listed. RBA have offered full services as general planners (architecture, statics, building services, building physics).
RB architects + engineers were commissioned as a general planner with the attic conversion of a residential building. The roofs will be converted into new residential apartments. The contract includes the project management as well as all the necessary architectural and engineering services up to the turnkey transfer.
